Right of withdrawal
Under section 5, DL 185/1999, the
customer can withdraw for any reason, without any penalty and without any
requirement of explanation. To exercise this right, the customer will have to
send to SmsHosting.it a written request within 10 working days from the payment
date for purchased service. Withdrawal communication must be sent via letter
with advice of delivery addressed to I-Contact, Via Masi Simonetti 48, 32100
Belluno (BL), Italy. This communication can be made in advance via fax to the
number 0437/1835002, provided that a confirmation is sent within 48 hours via
letter with advice of delivery.
The right of withdrawal can be applied to the
purchased product in its entirety: it is not allowed to exercise withdrawal only
on a part of the purchased service.
SmsHosting.it will provide for repayment
of the entire paid amount, within 15 days from the delivery of the withdrawal
communication via letter with advice of delivery. Customer will have to promptly
provide bank coordinates to receive the bank transfer (ABI and CAB codes,
current account number of the invoice addressee). In case of forfeiture of the
right of withdrawal, SmsHosting.it will reactivate purchased service without
additional costs.

Complaints relating to any issue connected
with offered services must be sent to post-vendita@smshosting.it.
Security arrangements for credit card transactions
In
e-commerce any security aspect is particularly important: for this reason our
site refers to BancaSella (www.sella.it) for
the whole interbank transaction phase. BancaSella receives the credit card
number from the customer via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol that guarantees
maximum security for both data and intersystem communications. In this way
SmsHosting.it never knows the credit card number of purchasers, only receiving
the authorization to accept the credit card from the bank. Accepted credit cards
are VISA and MASTERCARD.
Privacy and security (D.L. 196/2003)
SmsHosting.it site
has both a public and a private area. From the public area it is possible to
freely have access to information and services technical details without having
to provide personal data.
To purchase one of our service listed on the site
it will be necessary to register to enable an efficient order
management.
Personal data will never be used to send advertising material,
promotions and suchlike, since this activity can not prescind from an explicit
consensus by data proprietor. This consensus will have to be explicitly
expressed by data proprietor and we will never consider it as acquiescence. To
receive commercial communications, exclusively from SmsHosting.it, it will be
necessary to expressly consent it during the registration phase.
The
consensus is not binding for the site registration and for any possible
order.
The registration choice can be modified at any time from profile
section of your account.
Informative report under the privacy law
SmsHosting.it,
under the “D.Lgs. 30 giugno 2003, n. 196” communicates to its customers that
personal data provided with the purchasing order subscription and/or with the
invoice compilation are excluded from the applicant consensus since they are
collected and stored solely according to fiscal/tax requirements provided by
laws, regulations and community provisions and, in any case, they are needed
just to allow the exact satisfaction of sale contract obligations (of which the
customer himself is an interested party) and/or the acquisition of necessary
contractual informative reports that are always and exclusively activated on
request of the customer himself.
SmsHosting.it especially specify that
personal data provided by its customers will not be used for commercial
information or to send advertising material, market research material or
interactive commercial communications, unless the customer expressly give his
consensus.
We guarantee that ALL personal and confidential data, will be
NEVER and IN NO CASE disclosed to third parties or to companies different from
I-Contact.
Therefore, under the D.Lgs. 196/2003 (Code relating to the
protection of personal data) at any time it will be possible to request personal
